Version 4.0 Beta is OUT!!!

Hey guys! Sorry for the delay on the release of HipHopClique version 4.0. We never intended it to take this long to finish and upload this version. If you guys are wondering why it took so long, then here's the story: "We all noticed how bad the layout looked. We all decided to meet up online to on a Friday to discuss what needed to be changed. 90% of the staff met up and got a list of things that needed to fixed and a possible layout idea. Few incidents occurred and a change in staff took place. The site then faced a major MySQL database error that needed to be fixed. We fixed it within 2 days (thus is why the site was shut down for 2 days). Next we noticed a bandwidth problem. Our site was eating up a large number of bandwidth. We made an announcement about the bandwidth issue before. After gathering some cash, we upgraded to a new plan. Then we started working and ended up leaving the work midway due to people having finals and family issues. Now finally after a while, we all gathered up and created this version. Yeah we know, its a very long story. So we'll stop boring you and get down to the business.

Here's whats new on version 4.0
- A new, web2.0 compatible, game themed, css & html valid layout
- Valid php coded layout
- Banner rotator (randomly chooses a different banner every time the page is refreshed)
- Hover navigation
- Alliance with GameCheats.eu to provide cheat code service
- Pop-up ad removal because it was getting very annoying
- Ad protection, no more of random adult ads
- Better links script, no-more of that annoying overflow effect
- Re-write of the messaging system
- A contact us page
